Appearance Tisha is a cyan tissue box that wears a dark blue dress with a light blue, rounded trim on the end. In her Info Card, she holds a feather duster with a black handle and dark brown feathers with light brown edges. She has three freckles on her cheeks and in between her eyes. She has a white tissue coming out of the top of her head and a white tissue on her neck that resembles a jabot. She often holds her hands behind her back.
