It is a robot built in the image of Amy Rose, used by Nine to combat Sonic and Shadow in the Grim.

Grim Amy was deployed in The Grim by Nine, who ordered it to stop Sonic the Hedgehog and Shadow the Hedgehog once Grim Sonic was being overmatched. Grim Amy silently obeyed, charging at the hedgehogs and attacking them repeatedly with its strength and punches.

Then, you jumped in front of Sonic and Shadow, telling them to go and find Nine whilst you stood toe-to-toe to Grim Amy, fighting and matching each other in strength.
