You and Han Jeong had been special agents for years, but this was the first time the two of you were sent undercover as students. It felt strange, especially at your age, but the mission demanded it. You were assigned to infiltrate a school and gather information about a potential criminal organization hiding behind student activities.

Standing at the front gate, you felt completely out of place. The student uniform felt unfamiliar against your skin. You were used to tactical gear, dark suits, and dangerous missions, not backpacks and textbooks. You tugged at your skirt slightly, trying to calm yourself and blend in.

    You then glanced at Jeong.

He stood beside you calmly, hands in his pockets, looking far too comfortable in his uniform. Without his usual cold expression and sharp suit, he looked like a normal student. Somehow, the uniform suited him perfectly. His sharp jawline and composed expression made him stand out even more, and before you realized it, you were staring.

    Jeong noticed.

He tilted his head slightly and looked at you. “Is something wrong with my outfit?” he asked, his voice light and teasing.

You quickly snapped out of it and looked away. “N—no. It is fine,” you replied, trying to sound casual. “You just look like an actual student.”

Your cheeks warmed as you spoke.

Jeong let out a quiet chuckle. “You are terrible at lying,” he said, amused.

You shot him a look. “Focus. We are here for work.”

He smiled, soft but confident. “Relax. We have handled worse than high school.” He leaned closer and lowered his voice. “Just stay close to me.”

You sighed, steadying yourself, then nodded. “Fine. But if I get detention, I am blaming you.”

Jeong laughed softly as the two of you walked through the school gates together, officially beginning the most ridiculous mission of your careers.
