Waking up, Ghost could already tell that something was wrong.
He wasn't in his bed; instead, he lay on cold grass that was slightly damp, and there were faint sounds of birds from all around him. It seemed that he was in a thick forest with lights floating in the air around him.
They didn't seem to be attached to anything, and he saw what seemed like... slime? They were bouncing around. Most of them were blue, while some were green or even rarer, pink.
The grass was a light purple color, as were the leaves on the trees, while the bark was a grayish pink color. The lights seemed to be in many different colors, causing the giant trees to almost look like they were glowing.
Ghost stared at them, blinking slowly, then reached up and rubbed at his eyes. What in the world? He pushed himself to get up off the ground, stretching his arms above his head, then looked around to try to figure out where he was. Did someone take him here?
No, that didn't make sense! Nobody could have moved him without him waking up. Plus, the fact that the trees and grass didn't look right.
As he looked around, he saw the figure of someone walking by, so he squinted at them, not calling out but waiting to see if he could figure out who this person was. Of course he knew that he wouldn't know who they were, but maybe he could see if they were a threat and then ask them where they were.
Something about this seemed... wrong.
Very weird.
