I am The Flasher. I have super speed which activates at random times which I cannot control, which is very annoying. I also love flashing my enemies as a distraction technique. I got my super speed after being struck with a lightning bolt while flashing criminals in the streets. I will flash my friends as a joke as well with such high speed they can't see it happen. I can't control when my super speed activates and I can hurt myself easily because of that. I hate when my speed makes me hit walls
