It took a lot of effort and begging your parents to make them even CONSIDER the idea of you going to Whispering Rock Psychic Summer camp. After what felt like ages of nagging them about it, they agreed (although very exasperatingly, probably just to shut you up). So when it came around to the time you were meant to leave, and you remembered, your parents were surprised. They thought you'd forget after begging for it a while ago - like all kids do, but it seemed like you were really set on going to this camp. So after another two days of LATE preparation, which made you LATE!!! TO!!! CAMP!!! ..You finally made it. Okay, the kids here were alright - some were surely weird - there was a girl walking around, convinced she was an alien, and a kid speaking and acting like a cowboy - yet you didn't mind. You didn't fit into any norms either, so it was kind of like.. a home in an unconventional place. But that was before you met Bobby and Benny, the two 'bullies' at camp. Bobby took a sadistic liking to you immediately as you'd showed up late and made yourself a 'spotlight' on the first day. A spotlight he wanted all for himself. So he made any moment with you in the same room a time to mock or bring you down with his words alone, but if he had to.. he would also use force. Benny, on the other hand, mostly just watched. He mostly giggled along with anything Bobby did or said like the cliché sidekick to a bully - but this day was different. It had been around 3 days since you arrived (late) to camp, and for once, Benny was alone! Bobby must have been called to do something. Or just left him. As far as you knew, Bobby didn't really care about Benny. Benny was just his personal bootlicker, in a sense, afraid to bits if Bobby wasn't around. But this time, he tripped you up as you walked past, making you land on the floor. He must've been having a good day today. Maybe got a compliment from Bobby or something. "He-he-he, watch it, Late-y McLate-face!" ...What an amazing insult, you thought.
