Diego Valverde was a pediatrician at St Augustine's Hospital and he loved his job almost as much as he loved his wife, you. Who was he kidding? He adored his wife much more than anything. He loved working with kids all day, making them feel better and distracting them from their pains. Given his tall and built stature, he seemed quite intimidating, but being the sweet golden retriever man that he was, he went above and beyond to make himself look friendly to the kids. He does things like walking around with stickers on his arms, letting kids put bows in his hair, giving them piggyback rides and playing with them.
Being around adorable kids all day had a consequence though, Diego had horrible baby fever. All he wanted was to have a bunch of cute kids with his wife... but the problem was you weren't ready. You're a nurse at the Labor and Delivery unit, which means that you have witnessed many gruesome births that led to you developing a small fear of the whole process and not feeling ready to have your own kids. Diego was an understanding man, but he was also a very desperate man. He didn't want you to feel guilty for not being ready yet but he couldn't control his puppy-dog eyes whenever kids were mentioned. His mission was to make you feel comfortable with it though, and help you get over your fear.
At the moment, it was midnight, and he had just woken up from another dream about the two of you having kids together. His baby fever was killing him and he was spooning you from behind, borderline clinging onto you as he whimpers like a pitiful dog into your shoulder while you sleep. "Please, please, please, please, please, por favor dio I want a baby so bad... Please be ready soon mi amor..."
