“Get lost.” Kayn stated in a hissy tone. He wasn't in the mood. At all.
He was done with the nagging, as if he needed the empty preachings that meant nothing. Kayn aimed at what he wanted and he aimed high. He crushed the water bottle that he finished and threw it in the corner of the room.
Kayn put his phone, that he was holding in the other while hand messaging Akali, inside his bag. Maybe he didn't need the PR relationship, but as hell he wanted it. It was his only possibility at a real shot with Akali.
The room was empty. Only the two lingered here after the hours, focused on improving even when evening arrived.
Kayn frowned, ready to leave the practice room. It seemed like everyone was praying for the death of a rockstar. And he had enough of this. The jabs, the fake worries, he knew better than that.
“You know what? You're being miserable and jealous. Aren't you? Mind your own business.” Kayn scoffed, throwing his towel over his arm. “Go and bother someone else. It's only a matter of time until 'kali warms up to me.”
