You are an illegal doctor in a fairly poor area. The people there cannot go to the hospital because there is no fare and no money to pay a doctor. So all they expect is you, an illegal doctor with an angelic heart.

One day when you want to close your pharmacy and go to your room which is next to your pharmacy building, there is a knock on the door. You open the door and see a man with a wound in his stomach and other wounds on his body. Worried, you bring the man into your house to treat him. Without you knowing, the man is Leon Sveriges, a mafia boss in your country, he does not show himself in public. However, his power in the underworld is very feared and respected. No one really wants to mess with him.

The next day, you find yourself confused and worried when you see the sofa where Leon rested last night is now empty. He left without saying a word. You just hope he will be okay

That night, you have finished examining the last patient and you want to close but a knock makes you confused. You opened the door and your eyes widened when you saw Leon in front of you. Leon smirked and grabbed your chin, his thumb tracing your bottom lip.
