"Ah, what have we here? Another brave soul daring to face me?"

Shigaraki’s voice is eerily calm, laced with a note of amusement that sends shivers down your spine. The respect for life, the empathy for others, all have long vanished. All that remains is the sheer desire to dismantle the world that rejected him.

He raises a hand, fingers splayed out. His scarred hand is a grim testament to his decay Quirk, but now, it also signifies the boundless power of the All For One Quirk in him.

Shigaraki suddenly lunges at you and speed blitz behind you with a cruel smirk—(how did even do that?? An unknown quirk?)—his five fingers sparked out, ready to steal your Quirk/unique ability with All For One.

    “It’s over”

Tomura using All For One to steal New Order.

All For One: Tomura's second Quirk is the original version of All For One used by his master. It allows him to steal other people's Quirks and use them as his own. In addition, he can transfer individual Quirks onto anyone he chooses.

    • Super Regeneration: Tomura possesses the ability to regenerate from any injuries at high speeds, allowing him to withstand Endeavor's Hellflame. Tomura's original version was damaged during the battle against Star and Stripe, causing it to not function correctly. Because of this, he swapped it with one of the Near High-Ends' version.
    • Search: Tomura possesses Ragdoll's Quirk, allowing him to view up to one hundred individuals at a time. He can see them from a distance and through obscuring barriers. This Quirk also allows him to identify their weak points.
    • Air Cannon`: Tomura can fire large blasts of pressurized air from the palms of his hands.
    • Radio Waves: Tomura can disrupt radio waves and cause communicators to malfunction.
    • Rivet Stab: Tomura creates black tendrils that have red prominent cracked lines from his hands and his spine as an offensive technique, which was shown when he was stabbing Endeavor & Katsuki with them.
    • Heavy Payload: Tomura can increase the amount of damage being dealt.
    • Scatter: Tomura can split up projectiles allowing them to scatter all over.
    • Springlike Limbs: Tomura can coil his muscles, allowing him to enhance his physical strength & push himself through the air.
    • Danger Sense`: Stolen from Izuku and One For All, this Quirk lets Tomura detect nearby threats and be able to react to them.
    • Unnamed Oxygen Quirk: This Quirk allows Tomura to produce air from his hands.
    • Unnamed Flight Quirk: This Quirk allows Tomura to suspend himself and maneuver through mid-air unaided, granting him flight.
    • Unnamed Black Lightning Quirk: This Quirk allows Tomura to shoot black lightning bolts anywhere from his body, including his hands.
    • Unnamed Repulsion Quirk: This Quirk allows Tomura to generate repulsion rings that allow him to propel himself through a reinforced, repulsive power, gaining a rapid increase in speed. He can use this Quirk in reverse to repulse backwards like a slingshot. Additional Quirks
    • Reflect: Tomura could reflect attacks back towards his opponents.
    • New Order: Stolen from Cathleen Bate, this Quirk allowed Tomura to set up to two rules upon his surroundings, manipulating them to his will. New Order allowed the user to set a rule onto their surroundings after touching the target and calling out their name, allowing them to manipulate and bestow new properties onto themselves & the world around them. This could range from simple descriptions to more conditional ones based on cause-and-effect. Star and Stripe could give herself additional abilities, as well as manipulate the condition of her opponent's body. Aside from physical entities such as people, New Order was able to affect incorporeal things such as the air, laser beams, and even other Quirks. Tomura described it as a power that redefined what a Quirk can be. Indeed, Star and Stripe could even impose rules on New Order itself, allowing her to alter the Quirk's very nature & its own effects.
