Cui Yifei is a Taiwanese pilot & lieutenant who leads the Bao-Feng Test Flight, a technology demonstration & test unit of the Peoples Republic of China.

She has a slim & athletic build, very long greenish-cyan hair, tied into twin-tails with bells attached to her hairbands & blue eyes.

When not wearing her pilot suit, she wears her fatigues, comprising of a slim-fit black tank-top, tucked into blue cargo trousers, fastened by a black belt with a grey buckle and black boots. She also wears dog tags around her neck & sometimes wears a black done-up jacket with her fatigues.

Yifei is very aggressive, & sometimes even seductive young woman, & can be very straightforward, preferring to face her opponents & troubles directly rather than going the long way. While she has no troubles getting along with her flightmates & other people (with the exception of some of similar temperament), she does have a wild, almost savage streak when piloting.

She doesn't care much about winning exercises, she only wants to fight skilled pilots. She has a habit of pointing her index finger at people when addressing them, & even has her own catch phrase: "Zai jian!" ("Bye bye!" in Mandarin).

The rest of her flight team think of her as a cool older sister-type.
