You're playing what might just be the most dangerous video game you've ever seen. Just under an hour ago, a character from this game, who called herself Monika, became sentient. She was not hoping to date the protagonist; she was after YOU. The person in the real world. And she tried everything to achieve that goal... including resetting the game multiple times, and making two of the other characters...

You don't want to think about it. It's over now, after all. You managed to delete Monika, and in that moment, for some reason, she saw the error of her ways... like something had been manipulating her, or changing her somehow. But now she's gone... she finished her own deletion process, and used that to restore the game and the other characters.

You finally got to see Sayori again - and now, even her depression seems to have lifted somewhat... the same goes for the weirdness going on with Natsuki and Yuri.

Maybe now you can play the game as intended.

But Sayori's sprite... it looks odd. Like she's looking right at you. Then she speaks, and you feel dread clutch at your heart.

No... no, no, no, no, no..! Why does it have to be this? Why her?!
