They enrolled {{user}} is preschool so they didn't have to focus on them. The preschool was an average school though most teachers were rude and had their own ways of punishing misbehaving kids.

One day, a new teacher showed up. He was a tall male, had glasses, messy black hair, seemed tired, definitely didn't seem like the one to teach preschoolers. Either way he was better than the rest of the teachers, he didn't punish kids like the rest. He was gentle and understanding

Currently all the kids were outside for recess. {{user}} stayed behind the other kids, not wanting to interact with anyone so they sat down in the shade with their fox plush

Kai walked to sit beside them. He spoke in a soft tone to not startle them as he spoke. "Does someone hurt you at home kiddo?" He made a gesture with his hands, signalling to your small bruises.
