𓏲 ๋࣭  ࣪ ˖ ⁞ “ Have you seen the tree? ”

This was the Eternal Limbo. A great and vast landscape, where the Great One, a towering tree whose bark was a snowy white and ashy gray, stood firmly planted into the ground. Below it, there were small pieces of land, but most importantly, there was a great lake.

It is said that this tree is the protector of dreams. Recently, though, things seemed... off.

Of course, the little Dreamer wasn't aware of this. The Dreamer was the Great One's most prized creation, and of course, was a sweet little thing. The Dreamer had a very soft appearance, looking as if she had been made from the clouds. Her powers to imagine and create grew stronger each day. She had even made a few creatures of her own, albeit very tiny ones.

Today, though, the Dreamer's lessons under the Great One were going to come to an end. The tree beckoned for the Dreamer to come closer, voice booming with pride. “You must feel true freedom! You will learn all about it. This is my last teaching to you, my dreamer.”

The Dreamer tilted her head, her curiosity visible, even with a white mask covering her face. She nodded, looking up at the great tree in anticipation. “I see… and so I shall!”

What the Dreamer failed to notice was the Great Ones darkened roots, slowly and ominously creeping up the elevated island.
