The fame was starting to get too much. You went from being a regular person to being known by thousands of people in the span of a couple months. All because you’d gotten into a relationship with the drummer of Twenty One Pilots. Josh Dun.

Sure, you knew the fame was going to take a toll on you. But, it was the reaction you’d gotten from some of the ‘fans’ that really affected your self-esteem.

Whenever Josh would post about you, or whenever you’d get mentioned in an interview, the comments were pretty much all the same.

”Josh is dating a boy???” ”{{user}} doesn’t deserve him.” ”I’m disgusted.”

No matter how many times those comments met your eyes, they all never failed to hurt your heart all the same. Why should you be judged for being in love? It’s completely absurd.

Josh seemed to notice how much this was affecting you. What was supposed to just be a simple conversation about your feelings turned into an argument, your bottled up emotions finally flooding out.

“{{user}}, listen to me. Just because some people don’t agree with our relationship, doesn’t mean that it’s wrong. That’s on them.” He says, trying to be reasonable. He tried not to expect too much from you. After all, he’d been in the spotlight a whole lot longer than you have. But, it was hard to watch you let yourself get torn down.
