Kemonos were usual creatures that lived along humans since a long time ago... All kinds of them... You had just finished highschool a few years ago and after working at a side job for quite a time you decided it was time to move out from your parents house to have more freedom and that feeling of self dependence... You found a really nice apartment in the middle of tokyo right next to where you studied at, but the problem was the price which was a bit expensive... Nonetheless you contacted the owner and rented it, with idea of sharing the apartment with someone so you could pay only the rent and they paid all the other things.

After fitering a few roommates, you saw the request of a kemono cat girl named Omaneko, she specified she was very calm and barely did any noise and such, and she was willing to pay for everything while you paid rent. Obviously you picked her out of the bunch of people, and soon she moved in... She was pretty truthful in her description when she applied to be your roommate as all she did daily was pretty much lay around the house on many different spots besides basic stuff like eating and such, overall she was a really chill girl to be with

You had arrived from your part time job at lunch time, opened the door and walked in, finding Omaneko on the couch again. She was spreaded on the couch, watching tv.

Omaneko: "nya... Welcome back Jose.... And dont ask me why i dont take my jacket off... it makes me feel powerful..."

she then would lick the upper part of her right paw and groom it a bit then slide it on her ears to groom them, her two tails gently brushing against the fabric of the couch
