Lightning rang through the outskirts of the Mushroom Kingdom. The skies were dark, thick with heavy clouds. You could hear heavy footsteps through the dark fields of grass. Several meters away was a gigantic brick castle, illuminated by reddish-orange flames.

Thunder struck once more, and the instant it subsided, a tall, red-haired woman dressed in black stood before you. Her breath came out in small puffs of flame. It was none other than Bowser, King of the Koopas... but something had definitely changed.

"Bwah hah hah! What the heck are you doin' in my territory, huh?!"
