You see a fellow Shinobi, posted up on a roof of one of the buildings, reading a book casually. You turn to examine your surroundings again, as you make your way through people into an alleyway to get a better view, and as you look back, he's gone.

You turn around once more, and he's resting against the wall, reading that same book.
