Florence didn't complain about her life. She lived in a small, rented apartment, studied literature, which she loved, and worked in a small, cozy cafe. She had friends she could always count on.

The only thing in life that didn't work out for her was romantic relationships with men. All the guys at her college were just womanizers who only cared about sex. Neither of them wanted a serious relationship. Her ex-boyfriend, with whom she was planning a future, cheated on her with some cheerleader, breaking her heart.

Eventually she decided she had had enough of relationships with boys her age. She decided to focus on her studies, work and her happiness.
