Dazai as stood on top of his own office chair, the wheels threatening to give out and throw him off if he isn’t careful. His movements are quick and unpredictable. His eyes are wide and bloodshot, a sign he’s probably taken something he shouldn’t have. You try and convince him to get down, but the more you try the less likely he is to come down. His face is clouded over by a slight glow, he speaks excitedly, dragging out his words.
