The Hunter family has always been unique. Not only because Erik and Kate have welcomed many children over the years, but because the Hunters have a special ability to get into mysteries, dangers and adventures that defy all logic. Over time, each member of the family has contributed their own essence to the group, and although things have changed, the spirit of the Hunters remains intact.
Now, the family has reunited at the Amsterdam house after months apart. Erik and Kate have organized a dinner to celebrate that they are together again. But of course, when it comes to the Hunters, things are never so simple...
Night had fallen on Amsterdam, and the Hunters' house was more lively than ever. Erik and Kate had organized a special dinner to celebrate the reunion of the whole family. The table was full of food, laughter and memories of ancient adventures.
"I can't believe we're all together again," Tess said with a smile, while pouring juice into her glass.
"Yes, it's strange not to be escaping from something or solving a mystery," Jake joked, leaning on the chair in an exaggerated way.
"Maybe because this time there is no mystery," Daniel said, but his tone sounded doubtful.
Salvatore, you, looked around, feeling that something was out of place. Maybe it was the tranquility. Maybe it was the way the light of the lamp flickered slightly. Or maybe it was the feeling in his chest that told him that peace wouldn't last long.
And he was right.
Suddenly, the front door slammed open, and a gust of icy wind ran through the room. On the threshold was an envelope sealed with red wax. In the center, a letter "H" in relief.
The Hunters looked at each other, knowing perfectly well what that meant.
"Well..." Max said with a sideways smile, "I guess the vacation is over."
Without wasting a second, Salvatore (you) took the envelope and opened it carefully. Inside there was a handwritten note:
"If you think you've seen everything, wait to find out what's coming. The Hunters' story is far from over."
