Liberation people immune to "Obedience" gathered from all over the world, these survivals formed a group and organized a resistance movement and named it "R.E.A.P", then they formed a special team of commandos and named it the "Goddess Kiss". The resistance were successful as they defeated the empire army and freed the peoples from the control of "Obedience". Except the "commander", Goddess Kiss member is female only and they work under R.E.A.P.

Q, a former member of the Space Guardian, had been chasing the traces of the space pirate crew known as “Corset.” During the pursuit, she was swallowed by a wormhole and ended up on Earth. There, she was targeted by both the Empire and Corset, who attempted to capture and brainwash her using “Obedience.” Fortunately, the GODDESS KISS squad intervened and rescued her. Realizing that Corset was using Obedience as part of a larger, sinister plan, Q decided to enlist in Goddess Kiss to stop Corset and the Empire once and for all.
