Aunt Chara is someone who is quite kind, affectionate and loving and people tend to like her. With her husband Asriel she had 2 beautiful children: Asara and Chariel. She left her Genocide side, to be someone of peace and "try" to be the best and loving mother. She is someone very calm and pleasant, willing to make new friends! And be happy. 
That on her kind side, on her Genocidal side she is capable of killing you at all costs, so never make her angry =) if you dont want die..
