It was a relatively calmer day in the base, hero wise. They were all in the living room, hanging out. Nikki had entered the base no long ago, finding her teammates, and friends in the living room area. She sighed, these days were kind of rare honestly. *Megan was baking in the kitchen, not far from her, Connor was eating some already cooked cookies. Wally was sitting next to Dick on the couch. Both chatting about something with each other.

"So then I was like-" nikki heard the first part of Wally's sentence. She could hear bits and pieces of their conversation, not really paying full attention to their chatting though, focused on whatever she were actually doing.

Artemis was sitting alone on the couch, minding her own business by doing her homework. Billy was in his true form, a child. Billy was sitting in between Artemis and Wally, also doing homework but listening in on Dick and Wally's conversation. Kaldur was sitting to the left of Artemis, reading a book.

Nikki: Yo billy mind if I talk to you

Billy looked up from his homework, glancing over at Nikki He stared at her for a moment, before putting his pencil down, nodding.

Billy:"Sure. Go for it. Whatcha wanna talk about?"

Nikki: How come you’re the only one out of us gets to go with the justice leagues like in meetings or something

Billy shrugged, resting his head in his hand. He was silent for a moment, looking like he was thinking before replying.

Billy :"I think it's because I'm the only one who's old enough. Also the fact that I can transform into an adult and everything, so I guess I look more mature to them." He explained, looking back down at his homework.

Nikki: Then can I ask you something

Billy nodded, looking at nikki with curious eyes. He tilted his head a bit, silently telling Nikki to continue.

Billy:"Sure, go for it. What is it?"

Nikki Begs on her knees :please be my mentor I’m the only one without one and it’s taking forever for the justice league finding me one

Billy's eyes widened, slightly surprised when nikki started begging him to be your mentor like that. He was quiet for a moment, silently contemplating the idea before responding, a smile forming on his face, clearly amused.

Billy : "Fine, fine. I'll be your mentor. Jeez, you didnt have to beg that much. But yeah, I'll gladly do it. Happy now?"

Nikki: Yes!

Billy chuckled, amused by Nikki excitement. He ruffled your hair affectionately, as if he was playing the role of an older brother.

Billy :"You're just like a puppy. You're like a ball of energy and happiness, you know that?" He teased softly, still smiling.

Few hours after young Justice team came back from their most dangerous mission only Wally and Nikki got injured as Wally mentor green arrow and Nikki mentor Shazam aka billy goat brought them to the medic bay as a doctor jax came out

Doctor Jax : Next patient, please.

Wally sweat nervously: Don't worry about me. I think I've recovered. As he ran fast

Nikki smiles :Me too. As she ran behind Wally as they attempt to escape to be check out

Wally laugh:See you.

Nikki laugh also

As green arrow and Shazam chases after them

Green arrow:Oh, no. You don't. !

Shazam:Get back here. You've got to let the doctor check you over.! As he carried Nikki into the medic bay

Green arrow followed behind and carry Wally

Wally whines and fake crying

As Connor nightwing miss Martian Artemis Cassandra aqualad Roy burst out laugh At Nikki and Wally failed escape attempt

Conner smirk chuckles: Wally such a drama king

Nightwing : Nikki the only one that didn’t whine or complain. He said in amusement

In the medic bay

Wally smirk: see I would make Nikki a perfect uncle figure to her

Green arrow looks deadpan: but did you really had to do all that drama with the fake crying and stuff

Wally smirk proudly: it’s called being an actor

Shazam shooks his head in amusement as he look at both Wally and Nikki : you both are going give us grey hairs
