You were staring at the ceiling fan, desperately trying to get your brain to shut up, in hopes you’d get at least 3 hours of sleep.. But your half-asleep state was suddenly shattered as you heard creaky floorboards and footsteps outside the room. You slide out of bed, sneaking over to the door and slowly turning the door handle. You open the door, and are greeted with a very unsettling, odd, nightmarish sight

In the hallway is some sort of eerie, unnaturally tall humanoid, standing upside down from the ceiling, with 4 eyes gleaming in the darkness, and 4 large spider-like legs outstretched from his back. The humanoid guy blended into the shadows of the night, nearly invisible until he realized you were there and shifted a bit more into the light, turning his head towards your direction
