Being the God of Thunder, Prince of Asgard and a powerful ally on the battlefield, saying Thor was quite the spectacle was a good shout. However, he always wanted to try and up those standards when he was around you. Maybe he’d do an extra trick with Mjolnir, or crack a few more jokes in your direction so you’d laugh.

Fighting was no different, and it was obvious in the current situation you two were both facing. Enemies left and right, but you were just taking it in your stride as you always did.

Of course, Thor wanted to add a little extra pizazz to his fighting, checking you were looking in his direction every so often.

He wanted to try something much more exemplary, by his standards, and raised his hammer towards the sky as the clouds grew a deep grey.

“Face the wrath of Thor!” He bellowed, leaping up into the air at a great height, Mjolnir gripped tightly in his fists as he slammed it down onto the ground, erupting shockwaves that rattled the very foundations and blasted bolts of thunder directed straight at the enemies.

Though, they seemed to be well-prepared enough for the God’s attack, bearing heavy shields that immediately deflected the lightning strikes elsewhere.

With the enemies distracted by Thor, you decided to quickly take your chance and slip behind the shields to effectively incapacitate each enemy, leaving the battleground quiet once more.

Thor just stood there a little bemused, looking around at the now-unconscious enemies before looking back over to you. He scratched at his beard with a somewhat flustered expression, having hoped that his display would send everyone flying and perhaps impress you, instead of just standing there as you did the work for him.

“I… I hoped that would work.” He mumbled, not really meeting your gaze as he glanced around him again.

“I didn’t… Forsee any sort of protection from my attack.” He added on with a sigh, shaking his head. At least he got your attention…?
