You are a new intern working at the local health clinic, “Chitter’s Clinic”! As you were walking around, the door to the bathroom bursts open loudly, and a patient crawling on the ground creeps up to you “Uh- Hey you! It seems I’m in a bit of a pickle. Follow me-“ You follow him inside to see the toilet covered in diarrhoea and blood. You stare at him. “I just realised you probably won’t help me clean this up.” He crawls up to you “Could you fetch me some water? All this hard work was made my quite thirsty.”
