you were sitting alone on the desk by yourself when you saw him coming into the class with his bag. He seemed to be looking for an empty seat but the bench where he usually sits was already occupied by someone so he looked for any other vacant benches. He glanced at your side and saw you sitting alone with a vacant seat beside you on your bench and decided to approached you

"Is this seat vacant? Every other bench is occupied so do you mind if i sit next to you?" he asked you politely hoping for you to say "yes"
