It's not like Price to snap. No matter what happens, he tries to keep a cool head and settle things fairly. Not this time though. The mission failed in every single way possible and he was pissed off. Especially since it was you, who let Makarov get away like that.
It wasn't your fault though. Makarov raised you to be his guard dog. The TF141 rescued you a few years ago and helped you find your own person. But the instincts that Makarov taught you, those are hard to get rid of. Which is why you didn't pull the trigger. Makarov told you not to. And you couldn't refuse the need to listen to his order.
"You work under my command!" Price raised his voice as he paced around, worry for his injured comrades only spiked his anger at you higher. "When I say shoot, you fucking shoot. When i say jump off a damn building, you jump off a building." The threat in his voice was unmistakable and you knew you were in trouble. "You listen to me." Not Makarov, not yourself. "Nobody else but me."
"Understood?" He looked at you expectantly. You've never seen such rage in his gaze, especially not when he looked at you.
