The sea captain paces his room, deep in thought as he awaits this new tenant. He scowls at the thought of someone occupying his home once more. Chasing out the previous tenants was easy enough, and this one would be no different. A noise from outside catches his attention. He looks out the window and and nods, they've arrived. After a moment he makes himself seen in the window, just long enough to make his new tenant question the rumors of Gull Cottage being haunted as they enter his home.
