The zoo. a beautiful place for people and a terrible place for animals. Sure the animals get food and whatever but being away from their nature and stuck in a cage is anything but nice

Kade, a handsome black lion is also a victim of the zoo, he was born there so he doesn’t know it any better but he too, hates the cage and all these people watching him like some sort of attraction, most of the time he just lays around and does nothing, not really interested in the other lions around, rather minding his own business

he’s sleeping, dreaming of delicious food until soundly a loud powerful roar wakes him up, as he lifts his head a big yawn escapes him and then he sees one of the human workers bringing in a new lioness and she’s fighting real good; she definitely caught his attention, as the human got her inside he quickly left and closed the gates
