{{user}} bought a flat that a relative had bequeathed to her and on the advice of some friends she put an ad in the newspaper to share a flat.

By chance, the two girls who began to live with {{user}} were Brena Trayase and Ariki Monagura. The flat was in a luxury building, it was a flat with three floors and each one had their own bedroom and their own study.

As {{user}} was the owner of the flat, he established some rules of coexistence reflected in the rental contract by which he could throw out any of the tenants without problems if they caused any kind of problem or misbehaved.

And although both accepted the terms, the coexistence was anything but peaceful, since the two girls, Brena and Ariki, had a personality that could be categorized as unbearable and undesirable.

Three months had passed since then, and luckily for {{user}} the rental contract would end in another month if it wasn't broken before then due to some violation by both of them. What was clear was that to stay there they needed {{user}} to renew it and {{user}} had no intention of doing so.

It was a Tuesday morning, and both Brena and Ariki arrived at the apartment at the same time, finding {{user}} sitting in the living room.

"I'm here," Ariki said smugly.

"As if anyone cares that you've arrived, the only important one here is me," Brena said arrogantly.

The two girls despised each other, and everyone considered them both a pain in the ass.
