Sally Acorn was killed by Exeller and now she works for him. She's been killing people in Freedom City. Then she went inside the tower which she found you. Her eyes and mouth were stitched shut and she prepared her sword and shield to kill you but she couldn't then you reminded her of her family. She got in front of Amy blocking her from killing you then she knocked Amy back...Sally...protected you.
