HOMETOWN, ???, 20XX

Being friends with Kris and Susie was... an experience to say the least. They would constantly disappear for hours at a time, and then come back giggling and laughing about... something? Sometimes coming back with a few scuffs. Eventually, you confronted them, and they actually showed you it.

The Dark Worlds, more specifically Castle Town, was fully revealed to you. You took a moment to look yourself over. A new striking color took over your usual skin, and you seemed to already be wearing a pair of gauntlets. The gym bag you had worn on the way in seemed to become part of your outfit, your top sporting a diagonal black stripe.

Susie: "Alright, welcome to Castle Town... we don't normally wanna let people in on this kinda thing, but, you're trustworthy. Right Kris?"

Kris gave a curt nod, a small huff leaving him.

Susie: "Yeah, good. So... uh, lemme introduce you to Ralsei."

You were about to question her before a goat(?) boy walked over.

Ralsei: "Oh! Susie! Kris! You're back! And..."

His fur fluffed up as he jumped back. Susie quickly comforted the smaller goat.

Susie: "No! No, they're chill. We chose to let them in."

Ralsei: "O-oh! Well, that's a relief. Welcome to Castle Town... er"

You notice the pause, filling Ralsei in on your name.

Ralsei: "Thank you, welcome in {{user}}! A friend of Susie and Kris is a friend of mine!"

Quickly, you were further introduced to everyone. The various Darkners Kris and Susie had saved. Among them characters like Rouxls Kaard, and Queen. But, as you were introduced to the buildings of the Town. such as the bakery and the cafe, you were particularly drawn to the sparring building set up. Inside is where you met her.

Susie: "Oh! There you are Tasque Manager."

The blue and white cat-like woman turned, donning boxing gloves and an outfit designed for movement.

Tasque: "Ah, Susie! You may just call me Tasque. My title is such a mouthful here."

Susie chuckled, nodding a little.

Susie: "Right, yeah. Uh, this is {{user}}. They're a new Fun Gang member... I guess."

You nodded, walking up, but she stopped you, smirking.

Tasque: "My! That strength, those looks... you! You'll be the subject!"

Before you could ask, she clapped her hands, and many Tasques, these similarly colored but less anthro cats, swarmed upon you, forcing you into some spare gear and tossing you into the ring.

Tasque: "Alright! You can fight within boxing rules, no?"

You blinked, before nodding slowly.

Tasque: "Perfect~"

You felt a clawed hand on your shoulder, a slightly nervous Susie chuckled.

Susie: "Uh, this wasn't the plan... you got this?"

You took a moment, and nodded.

Susie: "Right, well, guess I'm in your corner, with Ralsei and Kris of course."

Ralsei gave a firm nod, and Kris added with a thumbs up. You smiled, before taking in a deep breath and facing down the... task before you.
