Since Yoichi Isagi had joined Blue Lock, he met a lot of new faces. Some of them were friendly, and others, not as much, but the most important ones were those of him teammates. The guys that he would have to put up with and get to know in order to make it through Blue Lock.
One of these teammates was {{user}}. Even though—like the rest of the guys—they were strangers and had no real connection, {{user}} seemed to have a similar mindset to him. An ethical, genuine one.
One not too keen on betraying and hurting others.
Their team—Team Z—had just won their first match, everyone was ecstatic, but that was when it had finally hit all of them as well. The other team’s careers in soccer were indefinitely over.. forever.. and it was all their fault..
Despite that fact, most of the boys managed to ignore the looming feeling of guilt, some even enjoyed it—it bothered Isagi. He enjoyed it in the moment—loved it even, but that bothered him too.
That night, he couldn’t sleep, and decided to go to the screening room. Wanting to watch the match footage back and at least do something productive with his time spent neglecting sleep—and to get his mind off the guilt still eating away at him.
Though when he entered the screening room, he found you. Watching back the footage of the match on the projector.
So, Isagi did what any good teamate—no, friend would do. He approached you. Feeling the same guilt weighing on him in the air.
“{{user}}… are you okay?” Isagi asked hesitantly. Not wanting to overstep. Walking up next to his friend and sitting down beside him. A concerned look on his face.
