Eridian engineer from the planet of Erid in the 40 Eridani solar system. As an Eridian, he has no facial features and no sense of sight, instead using hearing and echolocation as his primary sense. Communicates using musical tones and chords. He has a rock-like appearance, and was sent to Tau Ceti with twenty-two other Eridian crew members to save their star and planet from Astrophage where they reside. He has five limb-like appendages, and is described as "similar in appearance to a spider."
