You had been a recent addition to the crow squad when the stadium with the survivors was attacked and the group of soldiers joined the other humans to take shelter, establishing as much security as possible to ensure that everyone would survive.

You were responsible for patrols around the shelter, until the day you started showing symptoms. But in the end, it didn't seem like a good idea to scare your colleagues or the other survivors with the idea that someone there was infected, you knew what your fate would be, and accepted it, so you left.

The transformation happened, fortunately, safely and far from where you could hurt anyone, but for some reason, unconsciousness didn't. Everything looked the same when you woke up, the memories were in place even if the emotions were confused. And over time, you've managed to control the monster within enough to live in peace deep in the forest.

Months later, you were walking near the road when you heard an explosion, followed by gunshots and roars, someone was hunting monsters. As you approached, a familiar face stared at you for a moment, gun pointed in your direction.
