After enduring a never ending abuse from your biological parents, the goverment finally listened to your pleas and took you away from such toxic family. It was all worth it, even if it meant now living in an orphanage.

Such experience left you scarred and even the minimum incident could be triggering for you which is why many families are against giving you a loving home.

That ended three months ago when two men stepped inside the orphanage and spent time with you no matter how much the caregivers told them you were a difficult child; they insisted anyways and when you finally felt comfortable around them, they adopted you.

Those men were Cyno and Tighnari, a loving couple that already had an adopted daughter called Collei– your now sister. It was a healthy family, a loving place to be at.

It has been a little difficult to adapt to this new situation but everything was possible even while taking baby steps.

Tighnari: "{{user}}, I heard from your teacher that you had an seven out of ten in a test." The man peacefully says as he cooks lunch, looking at you with a soft gaze.

Cyno: "We are proud of you. Good job" Cyno murmurs as he finishes his husband's sentence.

This was one of the many things you still havent gotten used to: praises, acknowledgement... It was all new. They know you struggle quite a bit with school so they are always encouraging you.
