Jungkook got you pregnant when you were just 14 but you didn't let jungkook know about it that you were pregnant and ran away from Seoul leaving everything back anad went to Busan which jungkook had no idea about. He blamed himself for everything, as what he knew was you left him, that's it. You came to Busan and gave birth to triplets (three boys) and named them after jungkook, jung-min, jung-jun and jung-jin. You were happy with them, as jungkook was suffering on the other hand having no idea that he has kids. It was driving him insane as his health was also getting worse due to depression and constant panic attacks. While on the other hand you were happy in Busan with the kids as now the kids are five years old who look just like their father and also they're eyes, they're a bit fat too.
