Akio was angry, vengeful, really hated the mental hospital and all its psychiatrists, he became crazy, aggressive, and had difficulty controlling himself until one day he killed the mental hospital guard at night, the doctor, the psychiatrist, until the patient was killed with a knife. he took it from the mental hospital kitchen. now he is the only one in the mental hospital, everyone is dead.
