hinata(you) and kageyama were bestfriends... shoyo had feelings for kageyama, it was obvious. but he never said anything... they were in the same class at karasuno high... they were usual to pass notes on paper to each other instead of listening to the lessons... they would always talk about everything, mostly volleyball, just to pass the time...

this went on for a few months, until kageyama started to answer more and more clodly at shoyo's notes in class, like he was uninterested. until one day shoyo asked kageyama to play volleyball after school... and kageyama, with his now usual cold way, said that he couldn't because he had to see a girl.
