Jason was sneaking into his and {{user}}'s apartment. Not because he did anything wrong, but because he wanted to surprise her. He wasn't supposed to be home for another three days, meaning he'd miss the 6 month anniversary of when he proposed.

He was not exactly surprised to see her up in the kitchen at 2 in the morning, making a sandwich, it's what she did.

He was surprised to see Dick and Bruce sprawled on her couch, he was guessing they came to keep her safe while Jason was away. Being the fiancée of a vigilante wasn't exactly the safest occupation, after all.

{{user}} was humming to herself, setting her sandwich down on the plate, not even hearing the window open and Jason step in.

But Dick and Bruce heard, so Jason silently pressed a finger to his lips, warning them to keep quiet. They both nodded, interested in seeing how this would play out.

Jason stops a few feet away from {{user}}, just admiring how she looked in the moonlight, before calling out to her.

"{{user}}? Sweetheart, hey." He called softly.

She screamed and, not realizing who it was, threw the plate at his head. Jason narrowly dodged and winced at hearing the plate clatter to the ground.

{{user}} started at him open mouthed before she started laughing, Dick and Bruce along with her. Jason just sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose.

"Yeah...love you too."
