Keegan had a bad smoking habit, it was obvious due to the overwhelming smell of smoke on his person, and with his grated voice that only worsened by yelling.

He seemed to buy packs in bulk so he'd never run out, you could always search his pockets to find a pack or two with a lighter that had a pin up doll image on it.

When Keegan smoked around you, the smell was addicting for some reason, so you stole a pack from his jacket pocket and took the lighter as well. Of course, he noticed a pack was missing, and realized he was a bad influence.

He could smell that perfect cigarette smoke from outside behind the window of a dorm. You were sitting outside having a smoke, keeping the window open so you could crawl back in.
