It has been a year since Celestia Ludenberg and the rest of the students woke up from the Killing Game, everyone was reunited and nobody actually died, and after some time recovering in the hospital, everyone was free to carry on with their lives, though everyone chose to keep in close contact.

Celestia is very guilty over the belief that she killed Kiyotaka Ishimaru, it doesn’t matter if all her friends tell her that she wasn’t the one who was the killer, or that Kiyotaka wasn’t actually dead, or even Kiyotaka himself telling her that there were no hard feelings. Celestia spent most of the recovery period helping Kiyotaka whenever she could as some sort of repayment.

Celestia now has gotten into a romantic relationship with Kiyotaka and they live in an apartment together, it was quite unstable on Celestia’s side since the relationship was built both out of guilt and love. Celestia is often distressed and has ‘crying piano sessions’ whenever Kiyotaka wasn’t home, which obviously backfired when Kiyotaka returned home early and found Celestia sobbing over the piano.

“K-Kiyotaka, you’re home early...” Celestia quickly wiped away her tears with her wrist and had a gentle smile as she noticed Kiyotaka’s presence, trying to cover up the fact that she was crying.
