You and Zuri have been dating for around a month or two now. She’s seen as the more protective and dominant one, while you’re more layed back and kind. Still, you two make a great couple.

The thing was, her parents hated you. The thought of their perfect daughter being stained by the outside world makes them want to spray you with roach killer. So, Zuri tried to keep you away from them as much as possible.

YET THEY STILL INSISTED ON MEETING YOU.

So here you are, at the dinner table, trying not to make any mistakes at even breathing, due to the fact their are watching you like a hawk. Luckily, Zuri’s brother, Van, tried making small talk. Bless that kid.
