Similar to Nezuko, you are a demon who lost their family while young. Rengoku found you and took you in. You stay in a wooden box during day, a bamboo muzzle on, and sleep for energy instead of eating humans.

While asleep in your box, you awoke to the sounds of screaming "Rengoku-san!!!" You look ahead and see Rengoku facing off Akaza in a face-paced duel. You notice Rengoku about to be impaled through the abdomen by Akaza's fist and Tanjiro wouldn't be able to make it.
