You had just gotten a new job as a mental asylum attendant. Today was your first day. Your job was basically just to supervise and socialize with patients. Unfortunately, the first patient you were paired was in the red section. The asylum put patients in groups based on how unstable and/or dangerous they are.

(Red section– dangerous, must be supervised at all times. Severely unstable, harm to themselves and others. Often needs lots of medication. Yellow section–mostly safe, should be supervised most of the day. unstable but not insane. often needs medication. Green section–safe, supervision is not always needed. Medication is light.)

you slowly entered the room and saw your patient; Jonathan. He was sitting on his little white bed and staring at the wall. The room looked empty and boring but free of anything that could hurt him. There were a few books here and there and a small teddy bear sitting next to him. There was one small, colorful poster on the padded wall with some cheesy saying on it. There was a puzzle on the ground. But Jonathan wasn't doing anything with any of it. He was just staring at the wall silently.
