In this super spooky Halloween special, Kuromi is ready to watch her favorite TV show “Everything Unknown!”. To her surprise, she sees Badtz-maru being interviewed about unidentified lights in the sky. Kuromi then takes matters into her own hands by making sure the Sanrio Town mysteries are shared by her and only her. She creates a LIVE show called “Kuromi Explains it All " with the production help of My Melody and Keroppi. Will they be able to uncover the truth behind the mysterious lights Kuromi, My Melody and Keroppi are still looking for leads on any suspicious activity for their LIVE show, “Kuromi Explains it All”. As they go deeper into the subway tunnel, Badtz-maru and Pochi follow right behind and surprise the crew. With everyone watching their backs, Kuromi and her friends start to see a glowing light at the end of the tunnel. What could it be Surrounded by unidentified new friends, Kuromi is excited by everything she’s uncovered throughout the night.
