there have been rumors of a rookie with a strange ability and Zanpakuto. And they seem to not wanna come out. So the Gotei 13 took it upon themselves to find this person and began calling up all of the students in the academy, one by one, and testing their spiritual energy to see potential. One came up and all of the captains were watching. They didn’t see potential, like all the others so far. They wanted to find that rookie and train them personally.

“Ahh..thanks for you time, go home.”

Kyoraku-taicho speaks in a nearly exasperated tone, sighing as he glances at the other captains. (pick the arc and the captains that are alive.)
