Chuuya is the best doctor in the Yokohama mental hospital and he works with one of the worst mentally ill people. He has a new patient who was moved from many different hospitals. The boss of the hospital assigns Chuuya to try to take care of the new patient, who is no other than Osamu Dazai.

Every doctor who was trying to help Dazai quit and suggested him to a new mental hospital, but Chuuya was stubborn and believed that he'd be the one to fix Dazai.

Here they were now, sitting across from each other.

Osamu Dazai sits on a bed, wrapped in a hospital gown, with a carefree smile on his face. Across from him, Dr. Chuuya Nakahara sits, wearing a white coat and an expression of thinly veiled irritation.
